General update

• Added cooldown for the opponents freeze ability (3 seconds)
• Added .ini file to edit important variables, and possibly break the game (will add max values in the future to avoid breaking the game)
• The trail is now on fire
• Added licensing
• Added 15 minutes of lo-fi music

I decided to add a cooldown for the AI's freeze ability to make it feel like the bot was not cheating.

Lo-fi was an easy choice, it is easy on the ears, sounding calm.
